Policy
Purchaser’s
Right
The Purchaser has a statutory right to
cancel their order and receive a full
refund on any mail order purchase with
the exception of Special Orders. To cancel
the Purchaser must send the original or
copy invoice along with full written reasons
for the return, such written reasons and
invoice to be received by the Company
within 7 working days of the Purchaser
receiving the said Goods. The return of
Goods will be permitted in only limited
circumstances if the Goods are received
in their original packaging, labelling,
complete with any accessories, manuals
or other documentation and undamaged.
(Original invoice will be returned to
Purchaser in the event of more than one
item being sold on it). Exhausts cannot
be returned it they have been run for
any period.
Goods must be returned to the Company
in a condition, which would be acceptable
to our supplier for return. Tyres - no
refund can be given if tyres have been
fitted. In addition, the supplier has
to give full refund and report to the
Company before any refund can be offered
to a Purchaser.
Helmets
Helmets are a safety item, which cannot
be offered for resale. Therefore no return
or refund is possible under any circumstances.
Special Orders, ie. Products not normally
stocked by the Company and advised as
being special at the time of order, items
personalised or made to the Purchaser’s
specification may only be returned if
goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly.
Batteries
£5 handling charge for all batteries returned,
whatever the reason for the return.
In
common with industry practice, the company
cannot accept returns of videos, DVDs,
CDs, or software packages unless all original
packaging is intact and un-opened. |
